Return Policy

Since items are purchased from third-party retailers (Amazon, AliExpress, eBay, Alza.cz), returns must be handled directly with the original retailer according to their return policy.

Our Role

We act as a platform connecting wishlist creators with buyers. We are not the seller of the items and cannot process returns directly.

Refunds

Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If an item cannot be delivered or is significantly different from what was ordered, we may issue a refund after investigation.
